Technical Training Services  

Basic and Fundamental Skills Training is the training required to develop the knowledge that will serve as the foundation for all future technical training courses. Students who possess fundamental academic skills are more likely to succeed in advanced technical training courses. APS works with industry and local educational institutions to design and develop programs that meet the basic technical educational needs of the students. APS offers a number of courses tailored to provide these fundamentals. In addition, we specialize in providing customized training programs, tailored to fit the precise needs of your organization.

Operator Training provides the practical skills and knowledge that plant and equipment operators must have to perform their job functions safely and efficiently. We work closely with our clients to identify specific job performance requirements and to design and develop effective job-related training programs. These programs often include both theoretical and On-the-job training (OJT).  Experienced APS instructors conduct classroom and hands-on skills training at client sites worldwide.

Maintenance Training provides plant maintenance technicians with the electrical and mechanical skills needed to keep today's complex manufacturing equipment running smoothly. The overall objective of this training is to develop the skills necessary to perform routine maintenance on plant equipment and to diagnose and repair malfunctions effectively. We work with plant training and technical personnel along with equipment vendors to ensure course contents meet specific training needs. APS offers classroom and hands-on equipment-specific technical training courses for conduct at customer sites.
