Our
Approach to Training
In
addressing training needs, APS brings a complete range of services to assist
clients with the design, development and delivery of performance based training
programs. Project team members meet with clients to identify desired
outcomes for the training and establish the link between these outcomes and
changes in performance. Analysis is conducted to determine the specific
knowledge and skills necessary to achieve changes in performance. From
this analysis, APS develops learning objectives, course materials, and exercises
to ensure that the learning objectives are met. APS develops evaluations
to determine what changes have occurred in behavior on the job as the result of
training interventions.

strength of the APS team stems from many years of experience in the analysis,
design, implementation, and measurement of performance strategies in a wide
range of industries. Each team member brings a specific area of
professional expertise to the client in areas including manufacturing, human
resources, technical documentation, and training design, development and
