Lean For Operators

Course length: 4 - 6 hours

This workshop is designed specifically for shop floor employees.  The lean manufacturing principles are introduced with an emphasis on the seven main wastes in any factory and the lean measurements.  Participants will have the opportunity to perform the same mass production and lean manufacturing simulation used in the Lean Transformation workshop.
