Project Management

Course Length: 8 to 16 hours (Typical)

This working seminar focuses on the key performance factors essential to successfully managing projects.  Participants learn how to plan, implement, and close out projects through structured learning experiences.  "How-to" techniques for developing an effective project plan, including scheduling and budgeting techniques are the focus of this workshop.  

All activities are performed in a team environment and use a proprietary project management scenario.  One popular version of this workshop is designed to complement the Microsoft Project software class.
