The
goal of this workshop is to enable individuals with no prior training experience
to be able to create and deliver structured classroom training and on-the-job
training that conveys knowledge and develops job skills. This program is
typically conducted for individuals with technical or subject matter knowledge
that will become internal trainers for their organizations.
