Value Stream MappingCourse Length 12 hours Participants learn how value stream mapping is a process that provides a visual understanding of a company’s business process, including the supply chain. The mapping process applies to manufacturing and non-manufacturing environments, or any process where value-added products and services are created. Examples of mapping single processes and a series of businesses are demonstrated. From suppliers to customers, value stream mapping illustrates how materials, products or services, and information flow. Two mapping sources are used, current state mapping and future state value stream mapping. The benefits of this workshop are best when taken in conjunction with the Lean Transformation workshop For a free quote or for more information on this course, email us at info@aps-online.net or call Greg Pancerev at 610-987-4054.
