Grocery Division. In this capacity, Fred was responsible for all labor relations activity including contract negotiations, arbitration advocacy, NLRB matters and labor relations training. He also has many years of Human Resources Generalist experience at plants throughout the country. He has conducted Contract Administration and other Labor Relations training programs for all levels of supervisors, managers and senior leaders. Fred is a dynamic speaker who believes that the best learning takes place through engaging participants and by providing a comfortable and safe learning environment.
In order to measure the impact of this program on plant performance, a metrics software tracking system has been developed which enables client organizations to track performance prior to and after the class.
Data tracked includes:
Types of grievances and arbitration cases, disposition and cost
Labor savings through elimination of costly past practices
Plant initiatives implemented to improve productivity and reduce cost |
The software provides ease of data entry and automatic generation of graphs to chart performance over a twelve month period. Data from multiple plant locations can be consolidated into a master file for tracking at divisional or company levels.
