Contract Administration Training Program
Are you facing the following
challenges?

stewards who are more knowledgeable about the local contract than management
representatives?

Resources or senior plant management?

initiatives you would like to implement but can’t because of restrictive
contract language?

Contract
Administration Metrics Software
In order to measure the impact of this
program on plant performance, a metrics software tracking system has been
developed which enables client organizations to track performance prior to and
after the class.
Data tracked includes:
-
Types of
grievances and arbitration cases, disposition and cost
-
Labor
savings through elimination of costly past practices
-
Plant
initiatives implemented to improve productivity and reduce cost
The software provides ease of data
entry and automatic generation of graphs to chart performance over a twelve
month period. Data from multiple
plant locations can be consolidated into a master file for tracking at
divisional or company levels.
