This 2-hour workshop provides participants with:

 

a practical understanding of what sexual harassment is 

the spectrum of behaviors that can result in claims of harassment  

guidelines for appropriate workplace conduct  

your organization's policy on harassment  

the steps each person can take to maintain a respectful workplace

The workshop will include presentation of key concepts, small group exercises and a video.
