This program provides project leaders, supervisors and managers with a practical
approach to effectively lead others to achieve performance objectives.

appropriate leadership style for individuals and team members so that they can
develop increasing competence and commitment and meet performance objectives.
Course Objectives:
At the completion of this workshop, participants will:
-
Identify their primary or “default” leadership style
-
Explain the differences in the four leadership styles and their application
-
Establish effective objectives for staff members
-
Diagnose staff members leadership needs based on objectives
-
Partner with staff members to provide them with the appropriate leadership
styles to achieve performance objectives
This workshop includes completion of a pre-workshop leadership self-assessment
inventory, small group exercises to demonstrate leadership styles, feedback on
effectiveness of leadership style demonstrated and action planning to apply the
skills to current leadership issues facing participants.
This course can be customized to include examples or case studies from your
