Team Building Workshop

This interactive workshop provides participants with the opportunity to work in small teams in order to experience firsthand the benefits of team based organizations and discover how teams can significantly improve performance over other forms of work groups.  Simulation exercises will provide team members with the opportunity to successfully solve problems, examine interpersonal and group dynamics and apply the knowledge and skills developed in this session to teams back at work.

Course Objectives:

At the completion of this workshop, participants will:  

• Experience how team performance can exceed collective individual effort

• Define the characteristics of effective teams and team members

• Identify what’s in it for individuals to become team members

• Discuss ways to make team implementation successful within the current organization

• Discuss the changes necessary for individual and team behavior in order achieve performance objectives

This workshop can be presented as a half-day or full day workshop.  It can also be conducted as a full day outdoor team building program.  Activities include group exercises and presentation of key team concepts
