In this training workshop, participants will learn what constitutes workplace violence and more
importantly, what can be done to reduce the chances of a workplace violence
incident. This course emphasizes a manager’s or supervisor's role as the first line of defense against workplace violence.
The course provides effective strategies for dealing with workplace
violence. This course can be customized to explain your company's policies
and procedures for dealing with workplace violence are explained.
Course objectives:

List signs of an “at risk” individual.

Describe the cycle that leads to violence.

List the opportunities for predicting violence.

Explain specific procedures for reporting threats
