Violence in the Workplace
(4 hour course)
In this training course, participants will learn what constitutes workplace violence
and more importantly, what can be done to reduce the chances of a workplace
violence incident. This course is
designed for general employees; a separate course is structured for managers and
supervisors. The course can be
structured to explain DDC’s policy and procedures for dealing with workplace
violence.
Course objectives:

violence issues.
